IU Health in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced intraoperative neuromonitoring technologist to perform advanced techniques such as ABR, Cranial mapping, Cortical and Subcortical mapping in the surgical setting. This role requires CNIM registry and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
You will train junior team members, troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to programs and policies, and ensure high-quality Neurodiagnostic testing while maintaining patient safety and professional communication.

Independently performs advanced techniques, including ABR, Cranial mapping, Cortical Mapping, Subcortical Mapping, Phase Reversal, ECOG, ECOG for ADs, DCMEPs, as well as other modalities in and outside the surgical setting (Clinical EPs, EEG/NT, Autonomics, MEG, sEEG, etc). Trains and precepts junior team members. Troubleshot complex issues and assists others in troubleshooting. Assists in creating programs, reports, and guidelines/policies/procedures for the team. Meets patient needs, demonstrates willingness to learn new skills, and provides accurate and high-quality Neurodiagnostic testing. Promotes a cooperative working relationship with each other, physicians, other disciplines and the public by facilitating and enhancing communication, displaying honesty and respect, and expressing and accepting feedback in a professional manner.
