Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technician CNIM Autotransfusionist to perform intraoperative neuromonitoring and operate autotransfusion systems during surgical procedures. The role ensures neurological function preservation and blood management, contributing to patient safety and outcomes in operative care.

The candidate will conduct a full range of neurodiagnostic procedures, support anesthesia and surgical teams, and maintain equipment and documentation in a fast-paced hospital

Qualifications

Requires completion of an accredited neurodiagnostic technologist program or equivalent training.
Intraoperative neuromonitoring experience is required.
CPR certification and ABRET CNIM credential preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs standard and complex neurodiagnostic testing including LTM, EEGs, and evoked potentials.
Operates autotransfusion (cell saver) systems during surgeries.
Provides intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring to preserve neurological function.
