• Researches and facilitates designing new methods of addressing issues supporting strategic priorities throughout the division.
• Facilitates discussions and coordinates written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Develops action plans, reports project status, identifies and resolves complex issues for initiatives undertaken by the division; manages an integrated division-wide communications plan.
• Plans and prepares meeting agendas, distributes minutes, and manages documentation and records.
