Job summary

Weber State University is hiring a Competitive Sports Supervisor to support intramurals and sport club programs across campus locations. You will supervise events, set up fields, check-in participants, and act as a respected ambassador for Campus Recreation.

We require CPR/AED and First Aid, customer service and communication skills, and at least one semester of CoSpo experience is preferred. This is an hourly, on-site role with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of recreational/sporting activities.
• American Red Cross CPR / AED and standard First Aid Certification.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication.
• Willingness to supervise intramural and sport club activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise intramural events and sport club practices at campus locations.
• Serve as department representative at competitions.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid readiness and follow emergency procedures.
• Provide customer service to participants, club members, and spectators.
• Complete nightly paperwork and coordinate with CoSpo staff.
