Job summary

Weber State University is seeking Intramural Officials to officiate intramural events across campus locations. The role requires maintaining CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with a team of Campus Recreation staff.

Responsibilities include setting up facilities, officiating games, scorekeeping, and responding to emergencies. As a pool position, applicants may be selected when openings arise.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of recreational/sporting activities.
• American Red Cross CPR / AED and standard First Aid Certification.
• Excellent customer service skills. Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Officiate intramural contests.
• Set up fields or courts for competition.
• Scorekeep intramural contests.
• Provide customer service to participants.
• Respond to emergencies and follow safety procedures.
• Attend mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
