Job summary

The University of Oklahoma is seeking an Intramural (IM) Sports Official to support Fitness+Recreation. You will officiate basketball, soccer, softball, flag football and volleyball, enforcing rules and promoting sportsmanship for student participants.

As a student employee, you will work around your class and sports schedule. Must be enrolled for Fall 2026 and eligible for a background check; valid Oklahoma driver’s license required to operate OU vehicles. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in Fall 2026 term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
• Previous sports officiating experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Officiate Basketball, Soccer, Softball, Flag Football and Volleyball.
• Enforce game rules, promote sportsmanship and ensure fair play.
• Create a safe, fun, and competitive environment for student participants.
