Job summary

Columbus McKinnon is seeking an Intralogistics Material Coordinator in Menomonee Falls, WI, to manage inbound shipments, unload safely, stage materials, and route items to the correct storage locations to keep production moving.

You will pick per work orders, pack finished assemblies for shipment, inspect forklifts, complete paperwork for inventory accuracy, and assist with overtime when demand spikes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months of related experience; or 1–3 years in shipping/receiving.
• Proficient material handling experience.
• Valid forklift license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Check in shipments, unload safely, and stage raw materials and components.
• Move items to correct bin or storage to support production.
• Pick materials per work orders and deliver to manufacturing cells or shipping area.
• Pack or crate assemblies using standard methods for safe arrival to customers.
• Operate forklift safely and perform routine inspections.
• Complete computer transactions and paperwork to keep inventory accurate.
