Job description

Intralogistics Material Coordinator

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI, US, 53051 | Req ID: 1829

A day in your role

Morning trucks roll in and you’re ready. You check in shipments, unload safely, and stage raw materials, parts, and components. With a practiced eye, you move each item to its correct bin or storage location so production can find exactly what it needs—when it needs it.

Work orders drop, and you pivot. You pick materials precisely per requirements, then deliver them to the right manufacturing cells or the shipping area. When assemblies are complete, you pack or crate them using industry-standard methods so they arrive to our customers in perfect condition. Outbound carriers show up, and you load finished goods efficiently and safely.

Some days, you’ll hop in a company vehicle to pick up or drop off parts with vendors or customers. Throughout your shift, you complete computer transactions and paperwork to keep inventory accurate and orders moving. You inspect your forklift routinely to ensure it’s in safe operating condition, maintain a clean work area, and pitch in on special projects as assigned. When customer needs spike, you’re willing to put in overtime to finish the job.

What you bring
  • Comfort reading and following instructions, safety rules, bills of materials, routings, procedures, and shipping/receiving documents.
  • Accuracy and thoroughness completing all required documentation
  • Clear communication in one-on-one or small group settings with teammates and truck drivers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months of related experience; or 1–3 years in shipping/receiving; or a comparable mix of education and experience.
  • Proficient Material Handling experience.
  • Valid forklift license/certification.
