Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks an Associate for Intraday Liquidity (IDL) Management to be the first line of defense for firmwide IDL risk. You will develop intraday liquidity analytics and forecast cash positions using AI/ML tools.

You will publish daily intraday forecasts across central bank balances, payment channels, and business lines, collaborate with Product & Technology teams, and help manage USD IDL risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree required.
• 3+ years of Treasury/Payments/Liquidity Risk or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with data storytelling ability.
• Experience applying ML/time-series forecasting to real workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Publish a daily forecast with commentary on intraday flows using Python and AI/ML tools.
• Analyze intraday cash flow patterns to identify drivers of end-of-day movements.
• Develop and maintain back testing framework to improve forecast accuracy.
• Maintain governance documents for forecast assumptions and models.
• Collaborate with Product & Technology on analytics enhancements.
• Manage USD IDL risk across central bank balances and bilateral flows.
