JPMorgan Chase in New York seeks an experienced Risk Management - Liquidity Risk Management - Associate (Banking). You will identify and monitor liquidity risks across banking products, analyze balance sheet changes, and deliver independent risk oversight while driving improvements in risk analysis and reporting.

You will work with senior management to explain evolving risks and support stress testing and regulatory scenarios in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with automated solutions such as Alteryx or Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Identify, assess, and monitor liquidity risks related to the firm's Banking products (deposits, loans, undrawn commitments).
• Analyze balance sheet changes to evaluate liquidity risk impacts under day-to-day and longer-term stress scenarios.
• Provide independent risk challenge and oversight for business units and liquidity management teams.
• Drive process improvements to enhance speed and accuracy of risk analysis.
• Monitor the balance sheet through limits and indicators to control liquidity risk.
• Communicate evolving risks to senior management in a clear, concise manner.
