Job summary

Point Spring & Driveshaft Co. is seeking an Intracompany Truck Driver to ensure timely, accurate delivery of products to other company locations in the tri-state area. This full-time role supports warehouse operations and represents the company on the road.

You should be detail oriented, courteous, and able to lift up to 75 lbs. CDL with clean driving record required; prior commercial delivery experience preferred; Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours weekly.

Job Summary

The Intracompany Truck Driver ensures timely, accurate delivery of products to other company locations in the tri-state area. This role is responsible for delivering orders and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, courteous, and confident while representing the company on the road. This is a Monday-Friday, 40-hour per week role.

What You'll Do

Delivery & Route Coordination

• Safely deliver products to other company locations on scheduled routes.
• Load and unload products efficiently and securely.
• Communicate route changes or delays to the branch team promptly.
• Serve as a friendly and professional representative during deliveries.

Order & Inventory Handling

• Stage and load branch deliveries based on route.
• Maintain proper records for deliveries.

Vehicle Maintenance, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain a clean, well-functioning delivery truck and trailer.
• Follow all safety protocols and driving regulations, including required CDL recordkeeping.
• Perform pre-trip safety inspections.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

• Valid CDL driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
• Prior commercial vehicle delivery experience.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Regularly drives and operates delivery vehicles in varying weather conditions.
• Works in warehouse and shop settings.
• May involve bending, lifting, and carrying of parts and materials
