The role partners with senior leadership to drive revenue growth, profitability, and seamless retailer and distributor execution across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will manage cross‑functional teams across sales, finance, supply chain, and external partners, delivering scalable operations and insightful market analysis

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in international business operations, retail operations, or business analytics.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of direct business with chain retailers in Germany and the UK, and distributor business across EU and the Middle East.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams for order processing, logistics, and execution.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports and dashboards.
