Job summary

Insight Global in Milwaukee, WI is seeking IT ERP Analysts to support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP environment across multiple US time zones. You will join a small ERP team and build foundational BC knowledge alongside a partner analyst.

You will troubleshoot BC issues, document errors and fixes, and work with buyers, quality, and operations to translate needs into system solutions. There is an upgrade from BC v14 to v27 this year.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of ERP experience
• Bilingual English & Spanish
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn a niche ERP system and business processes

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP system
• Act as front-line support for ERP issues, particularly for operations in Chihuahua
• Work with business users to understand needs, translate into system solutions, and document errors and fixes
• Enter and track ERP issues via ticketing
• Build and maintain a knowledge base/repository
• Learn end-to-end business processes (e.g., purchasing, POs, buyer workflows)
• Participate in BC upgrade from version 14 to 27

The IT ERP Analysts will support and analyze the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP environment for a multi-business organization operating across multiple U.S. time zones. These roles are part of a small, specialized ERP team with strong internal expertise and a willingness to train candidates who bring relevant ERP experience.

Both analysts will onboard together and build foundational Business Central knowledge in parallel.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV / Navision) ERP system
• Act as front-line support for ERP issues, particularly for operations in Chihuahua
• Work closely with business users (buyers, quality teams, operations) to:
  • Understand business needs
  • Translate requirements into system solutions
  • Document errors, fixes, and processes
• Enter and track ERP issues via ticketing
• Build and maintain a knowledge base/repository
• Learn and document end-to-end business processes (e.g., purchasing, POs, buyer workflows)
• Participate in a major ERP upgrade from BC version 14 to version 27 (latest release this year)
