Job description

Amazons Project Kuiper aims to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites providing high-speed broadband connectivity worldwide. Kuiper Government Solutions (KGS) focuses on delivering secure satellite broadband services to U.S. and allied government customers, supporting international business operations within the KGS Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational excellence in delivering Kuiper’s satellite communication services internationally.
• Develop and maintain processes for international business operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, and Technical teams to support international expansion.
• Create and update documentation for operational procedures, training, and process improvements.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support system implementations to enable sales growth.

Export Control: The candidate must be a U.S. citizen to comply with U.S. government requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 5 years in business development or account management with proven results.
• Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.
• Experience influencing stakeholders internally and externally.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma projects, including needs assessment, business case creation, scope definition, project planning, and implementation.
