Qualifications

• Law student studying or pursuing a degree.
• Familiar with legal research methods and memo writing.
• Aware of jurisdiction limits in analysis.
• Work discreetly and follow approval procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on business law questions for teams.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing drafts under supervision.
• Draft memos outlining provisions and review points.
• Monitor developments relevant to business activities and contracts.
• Maintain records, track versions, deadlines and approvals.
• Coordinate discussions with external counsel and gather supporting documents.
• Identify contract issues and escalate to supervisor.
• Contribute to approved practical resources for teams.
