You will manage the design process from market research and conception through to product design and final styling for your assigned category, partnering with cross functional teams to ensure fit, style, and quality meet the brand's price expectations. Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of silhouette, fit, support, fabrication, construction, color use, sewing techniques, and trims specific to intimate apparel.

Responsibilities

• Research global markets to identify seasonal trends, silhouettes, fabrics and techniques.
• Develop concepts and sketches for product line and advocate for design ideas to leadership and cross functional partners.
• Build cross functional partnerships with Merchandising, Production, Technical Design, GIS, Visual Merchandising and Marketing to ensure seamless concept to store execution.
• Influence product area strategy, providing recommendations for seasonal themes and edits to line to meet business and customer needs.
• Partner with Production and Tech Design to create tech packs and communicate fit and design vision with quality and margin targets.
• Identify sketch callouts and communicate desired fit and aesthetic to cross functional team.
• Responsible for fabric and trim selection.
