You will identify qualified security officer and supervisor candidates, move them through the process quickly, and maintain strong communication with hiring managers in an in-office setting. The role requires a positive, proactive attitude, excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle intensive screening while following our policies.

Job description

In a very high-volume security environment, the interviewer/recruiter plays a key role in keeping our districts fully staffed and our clients protected.

This role focuses on quickly identifying qualified security officer and supervisor candidates, moving them through the process without delays, and maintaining strong communication with hiring managers. You’ll balance speed with quality, follow our screening and compliance standards, and use our systems and tools to manage a large number of applicants every day.
