California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated Behavior Interventionists to deliver 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents across Los Angeles County. You will build communication, social, and self-help skills while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision.

Responsibilities include collecting data, supporting treatment programs at home and school, and helping develop programs for children with ASD.

Competenze

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or higher.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, child development, education, communication disorders, or related field.
• Ability to drive to client sites with reliable transportation.
• Must pass TB test and background/fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Behavior Interventionist

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team. We provide high‑quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.

Position Summary

Behavior Interventionists deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will work directly with clients to build communication, social, and self‑help skills while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience and education).
• Mileage Reimbursement: Paid per mile.
• Drive Time Compensation: Paid for travel between client locations.

Qualifications
