Job summary

Applitrack in Chicod, NC seeks a dedicated educator for Grades 5–8 Interventionist and Grade 4 Remediation Specialist. You will deliver targeted Tier 3 interventions and remediation for 4th-grade students, bridging gaps and supporting EC students with data-informed instruction.

Collaborate with classroom teachers and PLTs to monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust instruction to meet diverse learner needs and promote growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Tier 3 interventions in middle school settings.
• Ability to provide foundational math and literacy remediation for upper elementary students.
• Comfort working with PLCs/PLTs to track progress and adjust instruction.

Responsibilities

• Grade 4 remediation & support: deliver focused remediation and push-in support for 4th-grade students.
• Targeted Tier 3 interventions: small-group and individualized instruction for grades 5–8 with progress monitoring.
• Classroom support: provide aligned instructional support for EC students in general education.
• Assessment & data entry: administer screeners, score assessments, and input progress data.

We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and dedicated educator to join our team as a Grades 5–8 Interventionist and Grade 4 Remediation Specialist. In this role, you will deliver targeted Tier 3 academic interventions, and provide foundational math and literacy remediation for 4th-grade students. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with classroom teachers, and Professional Learning Teams to track progress and adjust instruction based on data.

Key Responsibilities

Grade 4 Remediation & Support: Deliver focused academic remediation and classroom push-in support for 4th-grade students to bridge learning gaps.

Targeted Tier 3 Interventions: Provide small-group and individualized Tier 3 instruction for students in grades 5 through 8, conducting progress monitoring.

Classroom Support: Push into general education classrooms to provide aligned instructional support for EC students.

Assessment & Data Entry: Administer academic screeners for grades 6–8, score assessments, and input progress data promptly.

Collaborative Data Protocols: Participate actively in Professional Learning Team (PLT) and Problem Solving Team (PST) meetings to analyze student work, evaluate data, and refine intervention strategies.
