Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Vascular & Interventional Procedures (PVI Endovascular Lab). The role involves hemodynamic monitoring, moderate sedation, and assisting the team during procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position supports a 25-bed prep & recovery unit across 8 procedure rooms with cross-training in interventional radiology, neuro, ultrasound, and vascular procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Critical Care, Emergency room, or PACU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess/admit patients and perform rounding checks.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Communicate with family members about care plans.
• Provide comprehensive patient care across pre-op and recovery areas.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient care.
