This is a full-time, day shift position with rotating call after 4 PM. You will perform advanced interventional procedures under physician supervision and contribute to patient education and safety.

The role supports a 20-person cardiovascular team, with an expected patient load and a focus on quality care in a Magnet-status hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Trade school graduate required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• ARRT CI/R or RCIS certification preferred (Cardiovascular Interventional/RCIS).

Responsibilities

• Perform complex invasive interventional procedures under physician direction.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Operate equipment safely and document procedures.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventory.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.

This is a full time, day shift with required call.**About the department:**This well-rounded team includes 20 members focused on Cardiac Cath and EP patient populations. The Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist can expect to see 10 patients per day. The schedule is Monday to Friday days with no weekends.
