Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Radiology Interventional Specialist at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO. This on-site role involves performing imaging, diagnostic, and interventional procedures for cardiac and vascular conditions, with a structured career ladder and diverse benefits.

The role requires ARRT (R) or Cardiac Interventional Radiography/RCIS certifications, 6 months of interventional experience, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or graduate of a health science program.
• AR RT (R) program or Cardiac Interventional Radiology program graduate.
• 6 months’ interventional procedures experience.
• BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform responsibilities and act as subject matter expert in interventional imaging.
• Assist physician with diagnostic/therapeutic cardiac/vascular interventional procedures and analyze imaging results.
• Educate patients about procedures and equipment; monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
• Prepare equipment and supplies; troubleshoot equipment and ensure safety and quality control.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and make decisive actions.
