Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital is seeking a PRN Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform imaging, diagnostic, and interventional procedures for cardiac and vascular conditions. The role is on-site with no hybrid/remote option, and pay ranges from $37.35 to $52.29 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, assisting physicians, maintaining image quality, and educating patients.

Qualifications

• ARRT Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) certification required.
• Certified in VI/CI or RCES/RCIS as applicable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS required or to be obtained per hire.
• Minimum 6 months’ interventional procedure experience.
• Call is required and on-site role; no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs interventional imaging and procedures per scope of practice.
• Assist physician with diagnostic/therapeutic cardiac/vascular interventions and assess image quality.
• Educate patients about procedures and monitor their condition throughout.
• Prepare and troubleshoot equipment; ensure safety and QC of imaging systems.
• Operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
