Job summary

UCI Health (the clinical enterprise of UC Irvine) seeks an experienced Radiologic Technologist to support interventional radiology and fluoroscopic procedures. You will set up, maintain sterile fields, scrub and circulate during complex vascular and neurological cases, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires 3+ years as a Radiologic Technologist plus 1 year in a Special Procedure setting, ACLS, and a fluoroscopy permit within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• 1 year in a Special Procedure Radiology Setting
• ACLS certification required
• CDHP Radiologic Technologist Fluoroscopy permit within 90 days of hire
• Ability to work variable shifts incl. nights/weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist interventional radiology and other physicians during fluoroscopic guided procedures
• Pre-procedural setup and sterile field management
• Scrub and circulating assistance during procedures
• Image archive management and documentation for billing and supply management
• Train and mentor junior Radiologic Technologists and students
