University of California, Irvine Health in Orange, CA seeks an experienced Radiologic Technologist specialized in interventional procedures to assist physicians during fluoroscopic guided interventions. You will manage sterile setup, provide scrub and circulating support, and help with image archive management and documentation.

The role requires ACLS, fluoroscopy proficiency, and the ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Radiologic Technologist and 1 year in a Special Procedure Radiology Setting.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Ability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and calls.
• ARRT Post Primary Pathway Certification in Vascular Interventional and/or Cardiac Interventional Radiography within one year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assist interventional radiologists during fluoroscopic guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Prepare the sterile field, scrub and circulating assistance during procedures.
• Manage image archives and documentation for supply management, billing and records.
• Assist attending physicians, fellows, nurses and CVTs with all aspects of procedures.
• Participate in training of less senior Radiologic Technologists and students.
