Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in fluoroscopy to support interventional procedures and image-guided diagnostics in a high-acuity setting. You will prepare, scrub, and assist during complex vascular and non-vascular interventions, while ensuring proper documentation and patient care.

The role requires flexibility for shifts, including nights and weekends, and adherence to safety standards in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

Must maintain decorum to support a collegial team environment.
Current BLS certification.
CRT license/certification.
CDHP Radiologic Technologist Fluoroscopy permit within 90 days of hire.
Ability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and calls.
Ability to adapt in a changing environment.
2 years of demonstrated radiology experience in an acute care setting.
Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring, EKG and radiology imaging (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) (preferred).
Current ACLS certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

Assist the interventional radiologist, cardiologist or other physicians in fluoroscopic guided procedures.
Provide pre-procedural setup, sterile field, scrub and circulating support.
Manage image archives and documentation for billing and records.
Support attending physicians, fellows, nurses and CVTs during procedures.
