Job summary

Fairview Health Services is recruiting an Interventional Radiology Technologist for its Interventional Imaging team at Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN. This .8 FTE position supports day shifts with a weekday and weekend overnight call rotation.

The technologist performs diagnostic imaging, assists with interventional procedures, and ensures patient care standards. ARRT registered is required; a sign-on bonus may apply based on experience.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient safety and contribute to a culture of patient safety.
• Operate interventional imaging equipment per standards and troubleshoot issues.
• Apply aseptic technique during patient prep and setup for procedures.
• Ensure data integrity and communicate pertinent data to health care professionals.
• Assist radiologist with catheter and wire manipulation while maintaining sterile technique.
• Provide culturally sensitive patient care across developmental levels.
