Nemours Children's Health is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist (Casual/PRN) to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. This role requires ARRT registration, at least 6 months of IR experience, and a state radiology license.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration required upon hire.
• Minimum of 6 months experience required.
• Specialized (1 year of training beyond high school) required.
• State of Delaware Radiology Technologist License required upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required upon hire.
• Advanced certification in VI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, fluoroscopic and interventional radiology procedures under supervision.
• Ensure patient safety and proper documentation in PACS/RIS.
• Prepare, administer and document contrast media according to protocols.
• Observe patients for allergic reactions after contrast administration.
• Maintain equipment and inventory for IR procedures.
• Inserts or replaces gastric tubes under fluoroscopic guidance when supervised.
