Job summary

Baystate Health in Springfield, MA is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to support radiology procedures, operate imaging equipment, and assist physicians with vascular procedures.

Under Radiologist supervision, you will prep patients, review history, administer contrast media within scope, monitor status, and ensure sterile technique. This is a Part-time role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved radiology program.
• 1 year Interventional Radiology Tech preferred.
• AR RT registered and MA license/certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Under Radiologist supervision, operate imaging equipment to obtain fluoroscopic images per specifications.
• Assist physicians with minimally invasive, image-guided vascular procedures.
• Prepare patients: history review, draping/positioning, contrast administration.
• Maintain sterile technique, document all procedures, and monitor patient condition.
• Scrub, circulate, and document interventional procedures; ensure safety and readiness of equipment.
