Salary and Sign‑On Bonus
Hourly Wage Estimate: $33.27 - $51.00 / hour.
$20,000 sign‑on bonus available for candidates not currently employed by HCA HealthONE.
Position shift will be flexible between 06:30-17:00 and 07:30-16:00.
Job Summary And Qualifications
This position is responsible for solid to expert knowledge of all vascular and interventional radiology procedures.
- Communicates and works independently in performing all procedures on customers ranging in age from newborn to late adulthood.
- Prioritizes, provides, and promotes quality patient care to support the Mission, Vision, and Values of Swedish Medical Center.
- Maintains and supports facility technical and documentation expectations consistent with JCAHO regulations and standards.
- Positively reflects concern and consideration when interacting with patients, medical staff, and employees.
- Demonstrates independent critical thinking skills to assume accountability for personal and team contributions.
Qualifications you will need:
- Current ARRT (RT) (R). (VI) or (CV) certification strongly preferred. Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification through AHA or ARC. Advanced ARRT Credentials preferred.
- Graduate of a 24-month AMA approved school of Radiological Technology.
- One year diagnostic experience required (ARRT).
- Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
- Solid to expert knowledge of all Interventional Radiology procedures.
- Demonstrates good organizational skills.
- Provides safe and appropriate patient care.
- Displays appropriate judgment and problem‑solving skills. Communicates positively and professionally with all internal and external customers.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- (RN) Registered Nurse, or (ARRT‑R) Radiography, or (ARRT‑VI) Vascular Interventional Radiography, or (ARRT‑CI) Cardiac Interventional Radiography.
- Registered Nurse Diploma, or Vocational School Graduate.
