Job summary

Sharp HealthCare seeks an experienced Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic, fluoroscopic, angiographic and CT procedures with emphasis on patient care and radiation safety.

Required CA Radiologic Technology license and BLS certification; ARRT preferred and 3+ years of experience or a recent graduate in radiology. Willingness to obtain CRT within one year is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in advanced radiologic procedures or recent graduate from a Radiology Technology program.
• Radiologic Technologist Fluoroscopy Permit - CA Department of Public Health required.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiographic, fluoroscopic, angiographic and CT procedures with minimal supervision.
• Adheres to patient care and radiation safety standards during procedures.
• Processes films and records exams in the department system.
• Maintains accurate film/file documentation and equipment usage records.
• Follows hospital policies and supports team objectives.
