Trinity Health in Syracuse, NY is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technician to support radiologists and surgeons during minimally invasive procedures. The role involves imaging guidance, patient positioning, and maintaining equipment safety and sterility.

The position requires an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology with RT/RRT certification and NY license; CIIP is a plus. Expect a day shift with weekly on-call duties and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology.
• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) or Radiology Technician (RTT) required.
• Additional certification in Interventional Radiology (CIIP) preferred.
• New York State Department of Health License with intravascular contrast injection 89.4 (can add injection license upon hire).

Responsabilités

• Prepare the interventional radiology suite and equipment for procedures.
• Verify patient identification, medical history, and procedure details.
• Assist in positioning patients comfortably and securely on the procedure table.
• Provide patient education regarding the procedure and address any concerns.
