Job summary

The Interventional Radiology Technologist at Moffitt Cancer Center performs sterile invasive and diagnostic procedures and administers contrast agents under clinician instruction. The IR Technologist shall be responsible for performing sterile invasive and diagnostic procedures as well as administering contrast agents on selected portions of the anatomy as requested by the clinician on patients based on age appropriate criteria. The IR Technologist is responsible to work as part of a team that may consist of licensed independent providers, nursing, specialized scheduling coordinators, supervisory and management staff.
