Job summary

The Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist at Moffitt Cancer Center performs sterile invasive and diagnostic IR procedures, administers contrast agents, and assists radiologists during interventions. You will be part of a team with clinicians, nurses, and scheduling staff to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency.

Requirements include ARRT(R) licensure with VI within 18 months, BLS, Florida license, and 1–2 years IR experience; high school diploma required with Associate's degree

The IR Technologist shall be responsible for performing sterile invasive and diagnostic procedures as well as administering contrast agents on selected portions of the anatomy as requested by the clinician on patients based on age appropriate criteria. The IR Technologist is responsible to work as part of a team that may consist of licensed independent providers, nursing, specialized scheduling coordinators, supervisory and management staff. Must be ARRT-R.
