Job summary

UofL Health is a regional academic health system with multiple hospitals and clinics in Louisville, KY. We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist for the first shift to perform diagnostic imaging, adhere to radiation safety, and deliver compassionate patient care on-site at our Louisville facilities.

The candidate must graduate from an approved Radiologic Technology program, be ARRT registered, hold KY Radiation Operator’s certification, and maintain BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved program in Radiologic Technology.
• Registered with ARRT.
• KY Radiation Operator’s certification required
• BLS required
• IR Registry required within 2 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide radiologic imaging services with emphasis on patient care and safety.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to ensure high quality imaging.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and effective communication with patients and staff.
• Adhere to safety standards and organizational policies.
