Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join our Morristown, NJ medical facility. You will assist in complex diagnostic and interventional procedures, working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

You will operate fluoroscopy equipment, manage contrast delivery, and document imaging in the EMR/Sectra system, while maintaining sterile technique in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• NJ radiographic licensure required.
• BLS certification from approved American Heart Association.
• Current ARRT NJ state licensure.
• Strong communication and closed‑loop communication.
• Experience in neuro‑interventional and complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist proceduralists during vascular and neuro‑interventional cases.
• Operate fluoroscopic machines on floor and ceiling mounts.
• Identify, retrieve, and circulate complex products during procedures.
• Operate power injection devices for iodinated contrast media.
• Maintain sterile techniques and infection prevention measures.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team including nurses, radiologists, and vascular surgeons.
• Document in electronic medical records and manage images in Sectra/PACs system.
• Manage groin post‑intervention.
• Provide high‑quality care in a fast‑paced environment.

• Operate floor and ceiling mounted fluoroscopic machines.

• Operate power injection devices for iodinated contrast media.
• Maintain sterile techniques and infection prevention measures.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team including nurses, radiologists, and vascular surgeons.
• Document in electronic medical records and manage images in Sectra/PACs system.
• Manage groin post‑intervention.
• Provide high‑quality care in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years of experience as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist with NJ radiographic licensure.
• BLS certification from an approved AHS credentialed American Heart Association or equivalent.
• Current licensure with ARRT NJ state.
• Strong communication skills using closed‑loop communication.
• Critical thinking skills during neuro‑interventional and complex cases.

Schedule

• 3‑12 hour shifts or 4‑10 hour shifts with on‑call duty every 4th weekend and 1 day per week.
