Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist/Radiography program.
• Registered as a Radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Two years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform various specialized invasive and non-invasive diagnostic radiologic procedures.
• Review requests for radiologic procedures and schedule patients.
• Ensure appropriate documentation and billing coding.
• Administer contrast media and monitor patient for adverse reactions.
• Operate radiology equipment and manipulate images.
