Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a full-time daytime shift at the Downtown Dallas location. The role involves performing interventional radiology procedures under radiologist supervision, preparing the patient and equipment, and ensuring safety and accuracy in imaging.

Qualified applicants will have IR tech experience, ARRT-R and Texas MRT licensing requirements completed or in process.

Qualifications

• Interventional Radiology experience required.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification required.
• Texas MRT license required within hire period.

Responsibilities

• Performs high quality IR procedures according to exam protocol and schedules.
• Communicates with patients using AIDET to identify needs and explain tests.
• Prepares patient and area, positions for procedures, and adjusts equipment.
• Maintains safety, sterile techniques, and infection control.
• Maintains equipment cleanliness and reports issues.
• Obtains and maintains relevant documentation and imaging records.
