Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center is seeking an Interventional Radiology support professional to assist with a range of diagnostic and interventional procedures under fluoroscopy. The role spans patient ages from infancy through geriatrics and requires adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supporting vascular, cardiology, and neuroscience service lines while maintaining strong communication with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License
• ARRT registration
• ACLS or obtain within 1 year
• BLS certification from AHA or obtain within probationary period
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work on-call hours on a rotating basis
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardio, cardiothoracic, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines
• Care for patient populations from infancy to geriatric
• Provide a safe environment for procedures involving fluoroscopy
• Function in a multipurpose role per patient and operator needs
