Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center is hiring for an Interventional Radiology Technologist within the Cardiology Invasive Lab. The role supports diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, and neuro services, with a patient population spanning from infancy to geriatric.

The position emphasizes safe fluoroscopy care and adherence to MetroHealth policies. Candidates should have ARRT registration, Ohio radiographer license, and BLS/ACLS as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT registry in radiologic technology.
• Ohio Radiographer License valid.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work on-call hours rotating in the department.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures in vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic, interventional radiology, and neuroscience.
• Care for patients ranging from infancy to geriatric.
• Provide a safe environment during fluoroscopy-based procedures.
• Operate in a multipurpose role per policy and regulations.
• Uphold MetroHealth mission, vision, values and service standards.
