Job summary

The MetroHealth System is hiring a Radiologic Technologist to assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures across multiple service lines. The role supports procedures involving fluoroscopy for patients across all ages, under supervision of the fluoroscopy operator.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT RT registration, Ohio licensure, ACLS/BLS as required, and strong communication skills; on-call availability is required to meet department needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Valid Radiographer License for Ohio.
• ARRT registration (RT).
• ACLS or obtains within 1 year of hire.
• BLS from AHA or obtains within probationary period.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call hours rotating to meet department needs.
• Ability to interact with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines.
• Patient population ranges from infancy to geriatric.
• Provide a safe and supportive care environment during fluoroscopy procedures.
• Follow MetroHealth policies and ODH regulations; perform multipurpose duties as needed.
