Job summary

Memorial Regional Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform interventional and neuro-interventional radiologic examinations for pediatric to adult patients. The role requires ACLS and ARRT certification, with on-call duties and possible after-hours coverage.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited radiology program, state license or eligibility, and the ability to scrub for procedures in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient safety and high-quality imaging.

Qualifications

• ACLS Certification within 6 months is preferred for most locations.
• Graduate of AMA approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• ARRT certification and state license are required or pending renewal.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for procedures by reviewing medical history and positioning.
• Assists physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Reviews results and addresses image quality issues per policy.
• Documents procedures and maintains radiology information systems (RIS/PACS).
• Maintains equipment, stock, and infection control standards.
