• Experience with diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures.
• Knowledge of radiology safety, infection control and sterile technique.
• Ability to explain procedures and provide patient instructions.

Responsibilities

• Engages in population-appropriate communication.
• Prepares patients for procedures and provides clear instructions.
• Performs and assists with imaging during interventional procedures.
• Maintains equipment, ensures safety, and reports malfunctions.
• Monitors radiation exposure and adheres to safety protocols.
• Precepts students and supports education within the unit.
