Job summary

Join our Interventional Radiology Department at MetroHealth! The technologist will assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures under fluoroscopy and support a patient population from infancy through geriatric.

MetroHealth offers industry-leading benefits and growth opportunities; required are an Ohio radiographer license, ARRT registration, BLS (and ACLS when possible), and strong communication skills. A $10K sign-on bonus is available for external applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License.
• ARRT registered Radiologic Technologist.
• ACLS certification or within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification from AHA or within probationary period.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call hours on a rotating basis.
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines.
• Care for patient populations ranging from infancy to geriatric.
• Provide a safe and supportive care environment during fluoroscopy.
• Function in a multipurpose role per patient and operator needs and in line with policies.
• Uphold MetroHealth System's mission, values, and customer service standards.
