Qualifications

• Graduate from a certified school of Radiologic Technology.
• Active California Radiology Technologist (CRT) license with fluoro license.
• Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) license.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS completed within 6 months of hire.
• 6 months to 1 year as a Rad Tech in an acute care facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly specialized imaging procedures in the Cath Lab and Special Procedures suite.
• Provide real time image guidance during interventional procedures with physicians.
• Ensure patient safety, radiation safety, and sterile technique.
• Accurately document procedures and administer contrast under supervision.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and emergency response within procedural area.
