Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology
• Licensed by the State of New Jersey
• Registered with ARRT
• BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider course completion is required
• ACLS certification is preferred, along with completion of a Dysrhythmia course
• Successful completion of all required orientation programs
• On-call component with 30-minute response time during weeknights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for interventional procedures and provide compassionate care
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, PCI, peripheral angiograms, and device-related interventions
• Support procedural safety and efficient workflows
• Maintain a safe and organized procedural environment following hospital policies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to ensure high-quality patient care
• Participate in unit quality improvement activities and credentialing requirements
• Maintain required clinical competencies and complete orientation programs
• Respond to on-call needs with a 30-minute response time
