Job summary

Arnot Health in Elmira, NY seeks a skilled Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join the radiology team. You will assist radiologists with angiographic procedures and manage the full scope of radiologic duties in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

The role requires an active NY Radiologic Technologist license, ARRT certification, and at least 1 year of experience, with on-call duties rotating. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License.
• ARRT Certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year radiologic technologist experience.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic technologist duties for interventional procedures.
• Assist radiologists during interventional procedures such as angiography.
• Prepare patients for procedures with care and professionalism.
• Mix and administer contrast media as appropriate for each exam.
• Maintain a sterile field and prepare trays for procedures.
• Set injection rates, imaging programs, and exposure sequences as directed.
• Take on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis.
