Job summary

Arnot Health in Elmira, NY seeks an Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join the radiology team. You will assist radiologists during interventional procedures and perform all standard radiologic technologist duties in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

The role requires NY licensure, ARRT certification, and at least 1 year of experience, plus BLS within 90 days. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is offered and on-site scheduling is Day shift.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License.
• ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
• Minimum of 1 year of radiologic technologist experience.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of a radiologic technologist.
• Assist radiologists during interventional procedures such as angiography.
• Prepare patients for specialized procedures with care and professionalism.
• Mix and administer contrast media as appropriate for each exam.
• Maintain a sterile field and prepare trays for procedures.
• Set up injection rates, imaging programs, and exposure sequences.
• Take on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis.
• Participate in Quality in Action initiatives.
