Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a working supervisor to oversee daily operations in interventional procedural suites, balancing clinical duties with operational leadership to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

This role requires coordinating staffing, radiology, and procedural room use, plus collaboration with physicians and teams to optimize scheduling, training, and compliance with radiation safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training.
• ARRT radiography or RCIS certification required upon hire.
• Effective communication, visual acuity, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow, case readiness, and optimal use of procedural rooms.
• Perform clinical duties while managing staffing, workflow, and patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize scheduling and case prioritization.
• Lead staff orientation, training, and competency validation, supporting professional development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including radiation safety.
• Monitor quality and performance improvement initiatives related to patient safety, outcomes, and satisfaction.
• Oversee equipment, supply needs, and technology utilization in procedural areas.
• Handle administrative tasks such as hiring, performance evaluation, and problem resolution.
