Responsibilities

• Assess and address patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient status and interventions accurately in electronic charts.
• Provide patient and family education and advocate for patient rights.
• Promote safety and optimal patient outcomes daily.
